Terms Of Service And Process
Crediting Policy: Clients must credit me properly (Twitter link or handle is more than enough) on either Twitter or YouTube.
Will only start if paid partially or upfront.
Please keep in mind that the commissioned art will be finished roughly by 2 weeks or a month depends of the complexity.
I will give updates for every new changes in the commission. Please state otherwise if you do not want too many updates.
Do not resell or use the commissioned artworks for commercial purposes
I don't do refunds.
The artist has the right to post the illustration on social media e.g Facebook, YouTube, or twitter. The illustration will be kept private until the client has made the image public themselves or has given permission for it to be posted.
Commissioned art is for PERSONAL USE only, unless with commercial use fee.
Payment is to be made through Paypal via invoice.
Workflow/ Process
Client contacts me. preferably in my twitter account.
Client explains what they are looking for and provides requested reference material.
Client will be asked to confirm their agreement to my TOS.
Upon agreeing to the terms a rough draft payment can be made.
The rough colored sketch costs 50.00 USD
The client must first receive a rough colored sketch of the model to ensure they are pleased with the direction and proportions before deciding whether to continue on to the full commission.
Upon completion of the rough colored sketch, client will give feedback and will choose whether or not to continue.
If the client chooses to continue the commission after completion of the rough colored sketch, the 50.00 USD will be subtracted from the remaining cost of the model, if the commission does not continue the 50.00 USD will be kept to compensate the artist for work done thus far.
Upon acceptance of the rough colored sketch, client will receive the next invoice for the remaining payment of the model price.
Upon payment the main stage of the model-making process will begin, client will be updated frequently on progress.
Client will receive their files and upon inspection by their chosen rigger, I will make any necessary changes or fixes requested by them [with NO CHARGE].
